at last!
we finally got a monitor (we picked it up off the side of the road - and it works! sheesh ~ what people throw away!) and have our real computer set up. it feels wierd now using a real keyboard, i had gotten so used to the laptop. in other news, ph just bought me a miriam makeba cd, lucas is 5 months old tomorrow (7.3 kilos & 67.5 cm for intersted parties), and it;'s also a national holiday friday, so we're going to watch the parade in downtown halandri.. and maybe get some ice cream cones. the weather is perfect (75F, not a cloud in sight) and we have a pair of english-teaching friends coming for a short visit this week, julia from germany and gerry from greece. so maybe i'll learn something.

Five months! Wowsers! Congrats girl! Have some fun out there at the parade. We're bracing for the trick or treaters!
Wow, time is going by so fast! To me from way over here it seems like Lucas was just born the other day...
My neighborhood doesn't get many trick or treaters sadly. But it's just as well for me, we're up to our neck in empty boxes which need to be full by this time next week!
